Auvelence

Terms of use

Effective date: October 17, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use auvelence.com, the website of Auvelence, a business based on California's Central Coast, and when you book a consultation through it. By using the site or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. The booking form shows this notice, with links to these terms and our privacy policy, just above the Confirm booking button. Questions are welcome at [email protected].

The website

This site describes our work and offers a way to book a consultation. Nothing on it is an offer to provide a specific service at a specific price.

Consultations

A consultation is an introductory conversation. Booking one is not a contract, a quote, or a promise that we will take on a project, and either of us may decide it isn't the right fit. Your consultation is confirmed once the scheduler confirms it, and you'll then receive a calendar invitation.

Scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Available times are shown in the scheduler and may change. Confirmation, calendar invitation, and any reminder emails are sent by Cal.com, and you can cancel or reschedule using the links in those emails.

Client projects

Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, pricing and payment, revisions, and approvals. You approve work before it goes live. Nothing on this website replaces or changes that agreement, and if anything here conflicts with it, the written agreement controls.

Demos and service labels

The demos on the home page — a missed-call text follow-up and a water heater question in a website chat — use fictional businesses and sample data. They are illustrations, not client projects, and they do not send or store anything.

The labels on our solutions (Proven, In development, and By consultation) describe the current state of that work. In development and By consultation are not finished, off-the-shelf products.

No guaranteed outcomes

We work hard to deliver useful results, but we do not promise specific outcomes, such as more customers, revenue, or other financial results.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. A consultation about technology and operations is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

What you send us

You're responsible for the information you submit. Please don't send payment details, Social Security numbers, or health information. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you share.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the booking form, submit false or unlawful content, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use automated tools to make bookings.

The site as provided

The site is provided as is. We may update its content, availability, or these terms at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
