Auvelence

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Who we are

Auvelence is a technology and business solutions business based on California's Central Coast. This policy explains what information we collect through auvelence.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email [email protected].

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the consultation booking on it. Work we do for a client is covered by the written agreement for that work.

Information you give us

To book a consultation, we ask for your name, email address, and business name. A phone number is optional. Your browser also tells us your time zone so that available times are shown correctly, and you choose a time.

After your consultation is booked, you can tell us what you'd like help with and add a short note. This step is optional, and you can skip it.

Please don't include payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or health information in anything you send through this site. We don't ask for them.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule your consultation, send you the details, prepare for the conversation, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services that help us

Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.

Booking notes

If you add a note after booking, we store your name as shown on the booking, your business name, the appointment time, the help topic you chose, your note, and when you saved it. The note does not include your email address or phone number. Notes are stored with Cloudflare and are deleted automatically 90 days after they're saved. If you reschedule, the 90 days start again from the reschedule.

If you cancel your consultation, Cal.com sends us a signed notice and the note is deleted. If you reschedule, the note moves to the new appointment time.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and our code does not store your booking details in your browser. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party services. The demos on the home page — a missed-call text follow-up and a water heater question in a website chat — are animations using fictional businesses and sample data. They don't collect or send anything.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used and how quickly pages load. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare reports details such as the page viewed, the website that referred you, your browser, operating system, and device type, your country, and page-load performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't "fingerprint" visitors by IP address, browser details, or other data for its analytics. We look at this information as totals and trends, not to identify individual visitors. If your browser or a content blocker stops the script, the site and booking still work. The script isn't loaded for visitors in the European Union.

We don't track visitors across third-party websites or over time, and we don't permit third parties to use this site to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities across different websites or over time. Because we don't do that kind of tracking, we don't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals or similar mechanisms.

Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this site, may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to tell people apart from automated traffic or to remember that a security check was passed. They are not used for analytics or advertising.

Security and logs

Booking details travel over an encrypted connection. Our server code does not write your name, email, phone number, or note to logs. To limit abuse, the server briefly checks your IP address to cap how many requests can be made in a short period; it does not store it with your booking.

How long we keep information

Booking notes are kept for up to 90 days after you save them or after your most recent reschedule, or until you cancel. Appointment records held by Cal.com and Google are kept under their policies and our account settings with them. Cloudflare keeps Web Analytics data under its own policies; the statistics available to us cover about the last six months.

Your choices

You can email [email protected] to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We'll respond as required by applicable law. Your rights may vary depending on where you live.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
